Hi Campbell River~ how about coming to join me for an hour of African GroOveS (very fun, energetic dancing) at Urban Dance Connection on Wednesday 12 December. Burn off a lot of energy, put a smile on your lips & and a swing in your hips.

5:30 – 6:30pm
DRESS to SWEAT (layers) barefoot or if you like to wear runners – indoor shoes only! (this is a dance & Yoga studio where children and adults lie down on the floor during their classes)
Bring a towel & a water bottle!
