Today, Jonah’s on the homestretch of this trip to England. He and Charlotte left Tring and are back in London for two more infusions before returning to Canada on Monday. By this afternoon, Pacific time, he will have received the first of the last two doses of this trip. The second will be done on Friday.
Incredibly, it takes all day (10 to 12 hours) to pump only 4 mL of medicine into the tumour! It is done very carefully and monitored very closely.
It seems like forever since Jonah left to start this treatment, and there has been a lot of waiting and recuperating with not much to report for long stretches, except that it is going well. You can help ensure it continues to go well:
